The syntax of GENDER is wrong. The first parameter should be a variable. The next three parameters should contain text. At the moment the first parameter is a static value and there are more than three text parameters.
The Ripuarian languages have 3 grammatical genders and a special case for females. With the unknown gender that makes up for 5 cases. We note the two choices that MediaWiki currently does not (yet) support, since that is way easier and quicker than adding them later, even if their order would not remain the same once thei're supported. MediaWiki simply ignores excess parameters, so that's not a problem.
