The message donate interface-error-msg-field-correction ("Do wohr en Fähler dren, dröm bes esu jood_un jivv $1") canot be translated without having GENDER on $1. We don't have GENDER for arbitrary words.
You can slightly adapt the translation to make this work. Translate "Please correct the errors in the field '$1'".
Just FYI: This does not work at once, at least, since we do not have field names in the $1 strings, but half sentences such as "an address for your e-mail [enter] in." Obviously, these strings are used elsewhere, too, without us being able to insert anything behind them, at least in the past. I'll have to go through all of their uses and seek reformulations that will work together.
