Add support for a new language: Southern East Cree

Good day, translatewiki is only using the macrolanguage Cree (cr) right now, but languages under that macrolanguage are not all understandable by speaker of another language under that macrolanguage. Wikipedia project is using the code "cr" as well, but under it the project is divided into each language. I have a translator interested in starting translating into Southern East Cree. English name: Southern East Cree; Local name: Iyyû Ayimuwin; ISO 639-3: crj. Thanks,

Just some more details. Southern East Cree is written LTR using the Unified Canadian Aboriginal Syllabics script (cans) and the Latin script (ltn) (called the Standard Roman Alphabet by the speakers). On another note, the Inuktitut Wikipedia is using an automatic tool to convert between those two scripts, is it possible to have something similar on Translatewiki so translators don't have to translate each message twice in each script?

We do not currently support automatic script conversion for translations and it is not planned for the near future.

Which scripts do you want to use and which one should be the primary one?
