Minority Translate is a simple program for helping content generation on smaller sized Wikipedias (actually any sized) by giving pointers to existing articles in other language Wikipedias, so that the user can easily translate or adapt existing texts into a smaller sized language Wikipedia.

The main homepage of the project is http://translate.keeleleek.ee/ and the source code repository is up at BitBucket. It is written in Java and has all the GUI strings in a Properties file. With descriptors for the translateable strings.

Translations into Estonian and Võru are also available.

Now that dust settled, did you get some users? Can you (or your dev) start the next step i.e. point 3 at Repository_management#Adding_a_new_project? It's always easier when a patch is up for review. :)
