Please enable Han-Nom Vietnamese (vi-Hani)
As the traditional writing system for Vietnamese, Han-Nom is an important script for Vietnam and the world. As a matter of fact, Han-Nom was created in Vietnam at least as early as the 13th century, and it remained dominant until the early 20th century. The present commonly used Quoc Ngu is the romanized script of Han-Nom. The relationship between Han-Nom and Quoc Ngu is just like ئۇيغۇرچە (Uyghur (Arabic script)) and Uyghurche (Uyghur (Latin script)), Hanzi and Pinyin, etc.
To date, there are still many old people, historians, writers, as well as many young people write and learn it in Vietnam as well as other countries of the world. It is necessary to create the Han-Nom Vietnamese interface for MediaWiki.

I have already translated (more accurately, converted) more than a half of the MediaWiki language file into Han-Nom Vietnamese (an example of a Han-Nom Vietnamese Wiki: [1]. Translation needs to be continued.), I would like to provide all my translated part to MediaWiki, and hope to get more assistance from other people. Since it is not a language, we only need to convert Vietnamese Quoc Ngu to Han-Nom, it seems not so difficult.
This script is no longer used for Vietnamese, so there doesn't need to be a localisation for it.
