Need help for making a good presentation

The first item in the main page is:

It currently points to non-existing page. I'd like that page to have a good presentation of translatewiki.net. Like for example a short video(s) which show how to translate few messages, what kind of statistics we have etc. New users should be able to learn from it what this project is all about. The three following items then go into details about projects, languages and technology.
