[[MediaWiki:Prefs-uploads/en]] should be upload not uploads

The tab is about configuring the upload-process and not about viewing uploads or similar. Consequently MediaWiki:Prefs-uploads/de should be "Hochladen" or "Hochladekonfiguration" not "Hochgeladene Dateien".
