Updating Hebrew

I translated and updated quite a lot of Hebrew StatusNet messages in the last few months, but i see that the last commit to locale/he/LC_MESSAGES was in January. Am i looking at the wrong file? Or is the update not as automatic as it is in MediaWiki?

Hebrew has not yet made the 35% threshold for exporting (it's at 31% and a bit).
