Malformed Headers for Gettext upload

Try replacing the header with one from a fresh download, and check if the msgctxt tags were retained by your gettext editor.

I did just that and just manually pasted a header from a fresh download and that fixed the problem.

Our header (using "X" tags) is compliant to the gettext standards. If you see your editor damage the header, please report that as a bug to the supplier of your editor.

Gah, that overwrote most of my recent fixes. See for example [1]. Not committing updates until those are re-fixed.

Diff: [2] (Set encoding to UTF-8 manually if needed).
