Unable to translate without knowing what the variables are.
Fudforum uses both words account and login to refer user accounts. For consistency and to not confuse translators only one term should be used.

There's no PLURAL support in FUDforum, unfortunately. Also moving to the FUDforum talk page.
Many messages in FUDforum contain {PLURAL:. So I conclude that there is supposed to be some form of plural support.
This value will never be 1. So, plural support doesn't make sense (most languages). If you disagree, can simply use the plural function in your translation.

Re Mnav no range ("You must enter a valid date range. This value can contain a decimal point, (0.12) but it must be greater than zero."): can I assume that the "decimal point" referred to in this message varies by locale, so that it should be translated as "decimal comma" in languages expected to use a decimal comma instead of a decimal point?
I think Poll day ("day")/Poll days ("days") and Poll hour ("hour")/Poll hours ("hours") should be merged using PLURAL.
Can a staff member look at Thread:Support/Page timings should use PLURAL/reply (8)? There is an unresolved technical issue on optional use of PLURAL. I seem to remember that for MediaWiki original English messages were changed to support PLURAL. The suggestion here is to use PLURAL only in those translated messages that need it. Is there a problem? Either way, we probably need to add a note on PLURAL support for FUDforum to the project page.
Do all messages in FUDforum support PLURAL without requiring code changes?
Yes, you can use PLURAL in any message, even if the English equivalent doesn't use it (no code changes required).
PS: I'll fix FUDforum:Page_timings/en later today.
