Choose a title for the userbox, add text (or an image) and colour to the left and right side, and press create! It's that easy!

Page title (including the localised namespace name). Required unless doing batch creation. Human-readable format (spaces not underscores) is recommended. The API treats titles as raw strings; normalisation (such as title casing) is left to the clients.

The MediaWiki template may have a <code>permission</code> parameter; when it does, an attempt to detect the copyright licence based on the metadata value can be made. GWToolset looks for Creative Commons URLs that match possible copyright licences; e.g., https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ matches the MediaWiki licence template <code>{{tl|Template:Cc-by-sa-3.0}}</code>. If this checkbox is left unchecked, the raw metadata value for each item in the batch upload will be placed in the permission parameter.

<h4>What is CVV?</h4>
<p>Cardholder Verification Value (CVV): These three or four digit numbers help ensure that the physical card is in the cardholder’s possession. This helps to prevent unauthorised or fraudulent use.</p>
<h4>Visa, Mastercard</h4>
<p>The 3-digit code is located on the back of your card, inside the signature area.
Typically the signature panel will have a series of numbers, but only the last three digits make up the CVV code.</p>
<h4>American Express</h4>
<p>The code is <i>always</i> located <i>above</i> the embossed (raised) account number on the face of the card.
In some instances, the code is located on the left side of the card, but is always above the account number.</p><br />
