The data namespace is blocked against moving pages within it and moving pages into it, because that will make the content inconsistent both within it and on external wikis. This is a string which is (usually) put between words of the language. It is used, e.g. when messages are concatenated (appended to each other). Note that you must express a space as html entity &amp;#32; because the editing and updating process strips leading and trailing spaces from messages.

Most languages use a space, but some Asian languages, such as Thai and Chinese, do not.

Use this form to import HTML content into your wiki.

If you upload a zip file, the Collection Name field is used to differentiate the collection from a later version. Also all files will be grouped in a category by the same name. For example, let's say you're importing a collection of HTML files output from your software documentation system, you would enter a unique Collection ID like 'FluxCapacitor-v1.1' so that the whole collection is imported into an article hierarchy starting with 'FluxCapacitor-v1.1'. This way 10 different collections can be imported without clobbering each other.

Specifying an existing Collection Name (or parent path) will update existing wiki content.

If you want to import a single file into an existing article hierarchy, simply specify it's 'parent' as the Collection Name.

For example, if importing a new 'advanced_topics.html' that should exist at <code>'FluxCapacitor-v1.1/docs/advanced_topics.html'</code>, the parent would be 'FluxCapacitor-v1.1/docs/'

Templates that if contained on a page will raise or lower the score of the page in search results.  They must be specied Namespace:Template Name|<boost factor>%. You can translate the text, including "Leave this line exactly as it is". Some lines of this messages have one (1) leading space. 

This message will be shown with left-to-right direction, so when you are translating to a right-to-left language, you may want to test how it looks in left-to-right and add right-to-left marks as needed.

Text for a link that marks a page that doesn't exist as a missing link. Basically, if the source text (that is being translated) has a link to a page which has no equivalent (via WikiData) in the target language, the link will not be automatically created in the translation. Instead, it will show as gray in the translation and the user needs to explicitly mark it as missing to have it appear as red link in the published translation.

An identifier for persistent client-side data stored by this feature (such as impression counts). This field is optional for most campaigns. If you leave it blank, campaigns in the same category will share impression counts, or, if this campaign does not use the category feature, counts will be specific to this campaign. To share this data across several campaign categories, specify the same identifier for each campaign. Note: certain campaign categories used to be configured to use cookies for this feature. For campaigns in those categories, this identifier was the cookie name; such legacy cookies will be migrated. Also note that if the identifier is changed during a campaign, all counts to date will be lost.

The world region (generally that means continent, but could also include 'World' as a whole) where the media was created.

Header on [[Special:MediaStatistics]] for file types that are in the multimedia category. This does not include plain audio or video files, but more complex multimedia such as flash or vrml. This especially includes scripted multimedia. Ogg files in which MediaWiki cannot determine if it is an audio or video file (or something else) are included here.
