Operates in three modes:
# List deleted revisions for the given titles, sorted by timestamp.
# List deleted contributions for the given user, sorted by timestamp (no titles specified).
# List all deleted revisions in the given namespace, sorted by title and timestamp (no titles specified, $1user not set).

Certain parameters only apply to some modes and are ignored in others.

You can export the text and editing history of a particular page or set of pages wrapped in some XML.
This can be imported into another wiki using MediaWiki via the [[Special:Import|import page]].

To export pages, enter the titles in the text box below, one title per line, and select whether you want the current revision as well as all old revisions, with the page history lines, or the current revision with the info about the last edit.

In the latter case you can also use a link, for example [[{{#Special:Export}}/{{MediaWiki:Mainpage}}]] for the page "[[{{MediaWiki:Mainpage}}]]".

A list of deleted revisions (including timestamps) can be retrieved through [[Special:ApiHelp/query+deletedrevs|list=deletedrevs]], and a list of deleted file IDs can be retrieved through [[Special:ApiHelp/query+filearchive|list=filearchive]].

If a page is flagged, the following parameters are returned:
;stable_revid:The revision ID of the latest stable revision.

;level_text:The highest flagging level of the page.
;pending_since:If there are any current unreviewed revisions for that page, holds the timestamp of the first of them.
If the page has protection configuration, the following parameters are returned:
;protection_level:The right a user must have to not require review on the page.
;protection_expiry:When the protection expires.

This may happen if there is an error in the storage backend, or if the respective revision has been hidden (oversighted) or deleted.

Imageinfo returns information about file revisions (normally the last revision since <code>iilimit</code> defaults to 1). <code>userid</code> includes the ID of the user who made the (re)upload which created that revision. So there will be one user ID per imageinfo item; if you set the limit high enough, you will get all revisions of all files as separate imageinfo items.

There are several ways to specify the text to parse:

This message labels the author or artist of the work. Usually this means who took the photograph, or who drew the picture. The corresponding value field most commonly contains a single author, however it can contain an ordered (or unordered depending on which metadata standard is used to store the information) list of authors. Sometimes the persons position is prefixed before their name such as "Photographer, John Smith". The exif standard recommends multiple authors be specified by "position, Author 1; position for author 2, Author 2's name" however this doesn't seem to happen in practice very often. If multiple authors are specified using a non-exif standard, then a billeted (or numbered) list is used.

This property can be specified by exif Artist tag, XMP's tiff:Artist, XMP's dc:creator, iptc-iim's 2:80 byline, PNG's author textual chunk, PNG's (unofficial) artist textual chunk. XMP's photoshop:AuthorsPosition and iptc 2:85 byline-title can also affect display of this property.
