Shown on [[Special:Specialpages]] for page listing the tags that the software may mark an edit with, and their meaning. For more information on tags see [[mw:Manual:Tags|MediaWiki]].

It appears that the word 'valid' describes 'tags', not 'change'. It also appears that you could use the term 'defined' instead of 'valid', or perhaps use a phrase meaning 'The change tags that are in use'.

This page lists management tasks related to [[Special:Tags|tags]]. The log contains only actions carried out manually by an administrator; tags may be created or deleted by the wiki software without an entry being recorded in this log.

When a user makes an edit in the page which is happening in the background

This is a label for the  checkbox that appears under the edit box next to "This is a minor edit" and "Watch this page". This shown on pages with no stable version.

This error message explains, that there was an error with the server (bad edit token), so the topic can't be saved to the talk page. The user should try to reload the page in his browser.

The edit summary that is posted when someone applies tags to an article with the Curation Toolbar in PageTriage.
*$1 is a link to the local wiki page about the Curation Toolbar with {{msg-mw|pagetriage-pagecuration}} as the link text.
*$2 is the list of tags added to the article.

This messages says that there is an error and that the page cannot be deleted permanently.

Exif is a format for storing metadata in image files. Some cameras offer the option to record an audio "memo" for the photo they just took. If the user did that, the name of the file is labelled with this message.
