Jag håller med. "Engelskspråkiga" gör det tydligt att det är språkliga avgränsningar mellan versionerna, inte geografiska.

Also in Finnish we use Englanninkielinen (Engelskspråkiga). As usual English is bad source language as it doesn't make the distinction.
