He didn't actually, MusikAnimal is the maintainer of those tools, so he should be able to give a reply.

Hey y'all, not sure why I didn't get your pings. I don't see anything in my notifications, and I have "mentions" turned on in my preferences.

Anyway, it looks like the translation in question was pushed to the repository two days ago. I hopefully will be doing a deploy either tonight or tomorrow. Sorry for the wait!
