unresolved wikilinks to documentation in MediaWiki:Wikimediaapiportaloauth-page-introduction/en and others

The links inside the message to translate do not seem to resolve on any known wiki (not in Mediawiki wiki, and not on Meta-Wiki) so that the documentation page can be effectively seen ?

It's not clear which wiki hosts this API documentation. Shouldn't it point to a known wiki, or use a stable URL (possibly hidden in a "tvar", including a possible "Special:MyLanguage/" if supported by the target wiki)?

Note that most wikis will support a Wikimedia API special page, but will not necessarily host the documentation that will be centralized, maintained and translated elsewhere, on another wiki.
