This template's documentation tells us it is "meant to function as a primitive manual version of Translation Memory, until such time that an automatic tool exists." Has that time come? I see mention of translation memory as far back as 2012, four years after this template was introduced. Maybe the feature is active and there's no longer a need to add these tranclusions in "qqq" documentation?

I would love to understand this template better regardless, so if it's still needed then I look forward to learning more and updating the documentation.
