Thread moves

Hello, please don't move threads until phabricator:T95837 is fixed.

Also, such moves make my work harder. I do status updates, task assigning and thread moves all at once, so that the next time I can stop digging Support where I see the last batch of moved threads. Bumping subsets of threads by moving them means that I don't know for sure where the stuff needing work is.

Hi, the server is rather loaded and Siebrand suggested to avoid heavy activities. Please refrain from speed-editing of thread summaries during the rally unless you get confirmation from Siebrand or Nike that the server has capacity. (You can ask on IRC.)
