Welcome to Betawiki!

Hi AlimanRuna. Welcome to Betawiki. Before you can use Special:Translate, please request translator rights at Betawiki:Translators. Please create a user page on which you describe which language(s) you will be working on.

Once you have started translating, please remember to often request a commit of your translation work at Translating:Tasks. This makes the number of changes easier to handle for the devs.

I wish you a productive and pleasant stay. Cheers! Spacebirdy 14:10, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

Import done

Please take time to make the translations generic (see Translating:Interface_translation/guidelines) and when ready ask for a commit in Translating:Tasks. Thanks. – Nike 15:25, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

Extensions

Hi AlimanRuna! I see you translated very good for Quechua, but only for the default messages. Could you please take a look at the extensions used by Wikimedia and translate a bit, if you want to? Thank you very much! SPQRobin 16:33, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for your hint. In the next weeks, let's see ... AlimanRuna 22:07, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

Asked

Hello, I would not be neither German nor Quechua and almost nothing of English ... I came only to ask that as we hisieron to create the wikipedia quechua because I and Lin are in the draft wikipedia mapudungun, another aboriginal language, and we need the native speaker, as hisieron you? (I understand) --Clerc 14:21, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

Hi Clerc, please tell me once again what you want. If you wish, also in Spanish. Best regards, -- AlimanRuna 14:08, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Find help?

Hi. I see that you have also been the only user that has translated for Quencha in the Wikimedia fundraiser. Have you considered trying to find other users to help you here with the localisation in 'qu'? Siebrand 14:04, 11 November 2008 (UTC)

Yes I have. But they're really hard to find. On my user page on qu.wikipedia, I've written a request for help (in Quechua language of course). I really wish to have native speakers on my side who will once do the job alone (being the most competent speakers, translating most idiomatically), but I know I/we have to be patient. In Peru and Bolivia, only very few Quechua speakers have permanent access (if any) to the internet. I hope that's going to change once in future. Cheers -- AlimanRuna 10:25, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
