The chromaticity of the three primary colours of the image. Normally this tag is not necessary, since colour space is specified in the colour space information tag. This should probably be translated it as "Chromaticity of primary colours".

Exif is a format for storing metadata in image files. See this Wikipedia article and the example at the bottom of this page on Commons. The tags are explained briefly and in further detail.
