Exif is a format for storing metadata in image files. A table of Exif data is presented in Metadata section of file pages such as this one. The tags are summarized here and described in further detail in the full specification document.

Comments by user. Sometimes used like ImageDescription when the ImageDescription contained non-ascii characters. (Technically ImageDescription is supposed to contain ascii characters. In practice utf-8 is used in ImageDescription, so this field isn't used too much.)
