“Translations” of JSON Cite definition

Shouldn’t Visualeditor-cite-tool-definition.json ("null") and Cite-tool-definition.json ("null") be marked optional and all existing translations (trying to translate “null” as a word) removed?

Already done with Gerrit:295979. Deletion of "translation" not necessary, they are ignored during export.
