May I know what languages does the user of eli@eol.org are fluent in? For now, I add "in English only" in my translation.

That's reasonable for now, thanks. It so happens that Eli is fluent in several languages, but I don't think it's actually appropriate to specify the others just yet. ...That email link should really be updated to something less specific, so if (for example) Eli is on vacation, it should be expected that it will be received and that the receiver shall be fluent in English.
