Should the first letter of the message be capitalized or is it written so just because Commons is the first word in the message?
It's a proper name, so in English (and other languages) it would be capitalised anyway.
You did not understant the question. If there was a different words order (for example, "media file from Commons"), would it be "Media file from Commons" or "media file from Commons"?
