I need parameter ({{PLURAL:$1||}}) for correct traslating this message into Russian, Ukrainian (and other cyrillic languages). And similiar messages with "minutes", "days" etc. need that parameter also, don't they?

I fixed both problems by simply taking out the special page, which seemed like an unimplemented stub -- it implemented no functionality and imparted no useful information. The problematic messages were used only on the special page, so I took them out too.

This isn't actually my extension. I am listed (incorrectly) as its maintainer because my team (E3) used it briefly while I was still waiting for Gerrit access, so we briefly colonized it with our code (since deleted). I saw this thread about a week ago but left because your comments were so discouraging and they made my good will vanish. Please be a bit gentler with people.

Speaking for myself - I am deeply sorry. It is very easy to get frustrated here by the constant stream of new issues while old issues pile up unresolved. Thank you for solving this.
