There is no way of translating this without knowing the number of problem(s) even it not shown on the page and even though there is not a list here of one problem, or several problems. Even worse, if at all possible, there should be a distinction of trivial matters versus "big problems" or a translation hint telling us whether we have the one, the other, or possibly both of them. Please separate the explanatory text from a button text of three short words at most. This text is likely too long for a button.
