Another thing that is not very important, but still:
This message says: "Please contact your Internet service provider or tech support". People may misunderstand it and think that these are two separate things. I think that "tech support" should be removed - for private homes tech support is the main way of contacting the Internet service provider and people who use the Internet in organizations can somehow figure it out. Or maybe it can say "the tech support of your organization".
