About [[Osm:Time.formats.friendly/en]]
If the "%e %B %Y" parameter refers to the date, which one between %e and %B denotes the day and which one the month? I mean, which convention is it following, the American (mm/dd) or the British (dd/mm) date format?
This is a time stamp in Ruby notation. I'll document it.
