I changed new localization method. Please delete Template:Project subtitle, and move Template:Project subtitle/en to Template:Project subtitle. Also delete Template:Project subtitle/fr, Template:Project subtitle/ja, Template:Project subtitle/ko, Template:Project subtitle/ksh.

I'll leave verification up to Nemo if he's okay with that. If all is fine, I'm fine with giving you administrator privileges. Thanks for the help.

I don't understand, are you reinventing commons:template:autotranslate? It's very weird to see things like this on our wiki: if a page is worth translating, it should use page translation.

And this is what I did: the subpaged templates are unnecessarily complicated, I just reused some interface messages and created MediaWiki:bw-portal-desc. This approach is superior IMHO, it only requires an edit like this to work and now it's translatable with the normal interface. This system is described at mw:Help:Extension:Translate/Unstructured element translation and you're encouraged to do the same to any part of the interface which we have and is worth translating (it should work, report when it doesn't and Niklas will find the reason :p).
