Can anyone tell me what this means and where I can find the feature on Wikia?

It's the total number of pages belonging to namespaces that are considered content namespaces (generally, those pages that are not special or talk pages). It is used on the Special:WikiStats page, on the definitions of the columns at the bottom of the page.
