Babel translation appearing only partially

Yesterday a couple of messages from the Babel extension were translated in Kabardian (kbd). I see one of them live at the first line of the Babel template at User:Beco1977, at the kbd-N box. If i understand correctly, the title "Babel user information" is also supposed to be translated, but i still see it in English there. I tried setting my interface language to 'he', 'ru', and 'kbd-cyrl', and it keeps saying "Babel user information" in English.

The Babel extension has a bunch of known bugs at the moment. This one of them. Thanks for reporting.

As it is, the message is shown in the language of the Wiki.. For some wikis like OmegaWiki it would be nice to have it in the language of the user ... this I put to Robert as a request for improvement. Thanks,

Please create an issue for this in bugzilla:. Feature request tracking is better done there than here. It also means that a developer that is bugged about it on IRC doesn't have to remember and commit immediately.

This will be reverted if not fixed. Currently marked as fixme.

It looks like there is no easy way to fix it. Rather a major rewrite of message handling and caching would be needed so as to make both language-aware. While this cannot be avoided for various reaasons, imho, it's a major task which I believe to take quite some time.

Thus, currently not fixed, and reverted to use the content language for outer Babel box headers and footers.
