Request for deletion: Delete grammatically incorrect pages

messages ids are independant of translations. You can use the "cannot" form in Englush even when keeping the message id (using "can-not"). What you want is to rename all pages (in all their translations simultaneously).

However, FuzzyBot has moved the pages once. e.g., Wikimedia:Cejs-cannot-determine-chapter-no-from-title-«$1»/en. So I think these "can-not" pages are redundant pages.
