Edittools not shown on translation edit pages

Can't be added to standard advanced editor, and no development will happen for it.

The edittools are not shown (an empty border is shown) on message edit pages and page translation edit pages and normal wiki edit pages, upload pages, e.g.

I wish it was included in the tux=0 editing frames, if that was technically feasible.

There is a stange error message when editing Mediawiki:edittools. I cannot make it disappear. It complains about an empty link (without anchor text) and about a message the anchor of which is "+" and it is shown in blue although it has "redlink=true". Maybe this is somehow related to the edittools not appearing everywhere. The reason behind the error message is this line:

There are three problem cases:

[[Category:+]] #REDIRECT[[+]] !!FUZZY!!

Each of them should be ignored by the error checking routine. Caution when editing edittools: The string !!FUZZY!! is erroneously removed before the message is put in the edit box!
