Fixing a typo in [[MediaWiki:multimail-special-emailaddresses-summary/en]]

It was fixed but even if the import did not mark existing translations as "fuzzy" (so they are not found in a search with the "fuzzy" filter in the Translate UI), a yellow "fuzzy warning" notice still appears in such messages when we look at them with the "All" filter, and select them: they have to be revalidated (edit it by entering an extra space in the input box and instantly remove it, then submit again without any change, that notice disappears and apparently the message also does not need another review if it was not changed by saving it again)
This may be caused by some internally cached status (or because the date of the last review for the translated message was before the last imported version of the fixed source message), even if there was no "!!FUZZY!!" mark inserted in the wikicode of translated messages during the import of the fixed source message. I see this strange behavior since long in the Translate UI (not just in translatewiki.net, but also any other wiki using that UI for their translatable pages, e.g. MediaWiki.org, Wikimedia MetaWiki, or Wikimedia Commons). So I wonder if this does not affect some translation statistics (which may be lower than expected for messages that were already reviewed but still having this strange "semi-fuzzy" state...
Basically, just update the source en.json file; it won't matter either way. At least that makes things simple.

I'm not commenting the content of the update itself, it is fine, just the way it is imported in translaetwiki.net. This was effectively made using the option "don't mark existing translations as fuzzy", so no other pending review is counted and presented to translators for this minor fix in the English source. But once you navigate on existing translation (using the "All" filter, and not the "Not reviewed" filter, where this update is invisible as expected), and select it on the list, we still show the warning (no edit is necessary, but to remove that warning we still need to make a pseudo-edit to save it again without any change so that this maintains the existing status as being already reviewed). If we make any effective update and revert it again, the translation unit will be to review again.
I don't think that behavior is expected for translation units that have already been translated and reviewed, but updated with a minor typo fix applied in the English source that should have not made the translation unit "fuzzy". This is not specific to this message, this occurs anywhere a new improt as made a minor fix in the English source with a flag indicating that such fix should not require any new update and review. And this may be the cause why some message modules appear to have a completion level a bit lower than expected.
May be some programmer supporting the Translate UI extension (or a local site admin of Translatewiki.net, a few of them having created or maintained that MediaWiki extension) may investigate and see in what measure this may affect completion statistics. This is not a severe bug, but translation admins (and importers using bulk uploads for their translation message groups) are instructed to minimize the workload given to translators and reviewers, and so they are instructed to use (when applicable to such minor fixes in the source) the option "don't mark existing translations as fuzzy", not completely working as expected (such minor fixes do not occur very often, much less often than a reformulation of existing messages, with added or removed details, or changes of format with more or less translation variables or with additional support of gender/plural. On the opposite, if only the internal hidden content of a translation variable is changed such translation unit should be marked as not requiring any new translation or review and not updated as becoming fuzzy (the import tool should just marking be marking these pages as "dirty" in the page cache, that will be automatically regenerated on demand, but this should have no effect at all on existing translated and reviewed units).
So may be this is a bug to report in Phabricator's section about the Mediawiki's Translate extension or its import bot (aka "fuzzybot") which also runs when "translation admins" mark a local translatable page with updates that do not affect the content of any translation unit (such as hidden contents of "translation variables" marked by pairs of "tvar" tags, or other part of the page that are not inside pairs of "translate" tags. And this caveat does not just concern Translatewiki.net (it exists also in Wikimedia Commons, MetaWiki and MediaWiki wiki, for their translatable pages, where we also see lower completion levels than expected for translations to do or update, or for translated pages needing review: it's hard to reduce and stabilize the number of pages needing work by translators and reviewers, so in fine they stop doing that boring work because they do not see what really needs their help for real updates and the task lists are extremely long and constantly refilled with dummy tasks).
