Hardcoded colons in Mantis

Looks like Mantis is using hardcoded colons. I was not able to find messages with colons.

Will be good idea to review Mantis code for other hardcoded issues.

Done a lot of work in this area (53 new messages, 2 fuzzied). Thanks for pointing it out.
