Help pages for Waymarked Trails now ready for inclusion on Translatewiki

The template for helppage translations is now ready for inclusion on Translatewiki, as mentioned on the issue on Github. The template is in django/locale/qot/helppages.yaml and translations should go to django/locale/<LANG>/helppages.yaml

We haven't moved existing translations yet, and think it might as well be done manually on translatewiki because of tedious formatting etc. (the originals aren't in markdown). I've updated the documentation, and when you have it up and running on Translatewiki, I'll move the nn and nb translations at least.

Interface translations and help page translations should be separate. Based on a message count of 38, where many are quite short, I think the inclusion threshold should be 40%.

We have now manually added nn and nb translations, might add de too.

I wrote the configs for this. On quick testing I noticed some messages will appear to contain harmless extra newline at the end, which seems to be a bug in our yaml parser. Siebrand noted that some messages are still longer than we would prefer, but I think it's acceptable.

Ok, sweet. We still haven't ported the Spanish translation, but I'll get it done and leave a message here. Is the extra newline the "trailing whitespace" you've mentioned before?

The Spanish translation has now been ported and we're waiting for Nike to implement on Translatewiki.net. There are two other issues you could resolve by pulling this commit.

Is everything working fine for you?

It think it is all fine and dandy, thank you :)
