How can i create a new language? I didnt find Xiang (ISO 639-3 hsn) .

In the wikipedia, Xiang is now in the incubator, and the UI is English, not the Xiang. How should I do?

Asking it here is a start. Please provide an autonym, a preferred fallback language code and which script variant you will be using (simplified or traditional).

Done Done Thanks for the info. I have added zh-hans as standard fallback.

Am I correct in thinking that there is a lot of overlap in writing hsn and zh-hans? If there is, please only translate what differs from zh-hans, because MediaWiki has great fallback mechanisms.
