[[MediaWiki:Bs-insertmagic-nocontentconvert/en]]: is "phase" a typo for "phrase" ?

The word "phase" present in the English source (as well as in the "/qqq" page where it was probably copy-pasted) may actually be probably a typo, used instead of "phrase". I don't see any case where "phase" would make sense for the automated conversion of language variants (i.e. actually characters and phrases) by MediaWiki...
