The message exists in Oversight extension but is not found here. Try a rebuild? phab:T109327 - Still pending patch!
When I edit this page, I don't see the regular "⧼translate-edit-in-other-languages⧽", "⧼translate-edit-tmsugs⧽", "Information about message (contribute)" and "Message definition" boxes. I also don't see the "In other languages" link on the sidebar, and if I go to Special:Translations/MediaWiki:Group-oversight-member, it says ""MediaWiki:Group-oversight-member" is not a translatable message". But I can see this message listed here. Why is that?
There is a chance that this message is local to the Portuguese Wikipedia only. it could be a leftover from older such page names that have been renamed or moved, but I did not investigate. You can either edit it in the Wikipedia, or request its deletion there, or leave it as it is. Which option is your best choice depends. If you want to follow the issue, find out what use the Wikipedia makes of it, if any at all.
By Oversighter group, it's de facto at Group-suppress-member ("{{GENDER:$1|suppressor}}").
However as However, why on earth the Oversighters in Special:Listusers are still under Group-oversight-member ("{{GENDER:$1|oversight}}"), e.g. [1]
