Hi, can be add mobile version to this website? I translate on my mobile phone, mobile version will be better.

Mobile support for Translatewiki.net is currently being tracked under the following issue - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T170264

Your best bet would be to change your preferred theme to Timeless and see if that works for you. You can do that from Preference > Appearance.
