Pywikipedia:Redirect-broken-redirect-template and FuzzyBot problem

Pywikipedia:Redirect-broken-redirect-template and FuzzyBot problem

There is problem with Pywikipedia:Redirect-broken-redirect-template message. As you can see FuzzyBot has done some nasty things. There was ~~~~ and now those are replaced with FuzzyBot's signature.

Not really the bots fault, but MediaWiki's.

~~~~ should not be in any message.
I've introduced code to fix this mistake, regardless of whether or not these strings should be in messages, there is no need for the pre-save transformation that does this to be activated in any of the translation namespaces aside from the message documentation language. Hopefully this will prevent future errors from occurring unexpectedly at the very least.
I've not updated MediaWiki on translatewiki as I'd like to wait for someone with more experience than me to at least be around, but it should immediately begin working on the next update.
Re-import is of course needed after that to fix the pages.
