Requesting activation of Seereer and the Cangin languages, and translator rights

Hello,

Would you kindly:

(a) activate the Serer — Seereer language (language code: srr), LTR (written from left to right); For MediaWiki, first fallback to French, 2nd English
(b) activate Saafi-Saafi — Saafi-Saafi (code: sav), LTR. For MediaWiki, first fallback to French, 2nd English
(c) activate Lehar — Laalaa (code: cae), LTR. For MediaWiki, first fallback to French, 2nd English
(d) activate Noon — Noon (code: snf), LTR. For MediaWiki, first fallback to French, 2nd English
(e) activate Paloor, Palor — Sili-Sili (that's the proper name, also known as Paloor / Palor, code: fap), LTR. For MediaWiki, first fallback to French, 2nd English
(f) activate Ndut — Ndut (code: ndv), LTR. For MediaWiki, first fallback to French, 2nd English
(g) enable all above languages in the Latin alphabet
(h) I would also like to request translator rights here for all
