Romanian translations

I have been translated a couple of license related messages (see here), but the changes do not appear at our local Wikipedia. I need some help. Thank you.

So far these messages are only active on Wikimedia Commons. You will have to request activation in bugzilla: if you want them.

Sebi, did you manage to get them enabled? I can file the request for you if there's local consensus.
