Support is crouded with About questions
There seems to be an awful lot of About questions about a single message here and the more important messages are mixed with these trivial questions. Please organize the support in a different way so that the trivial questions are moved somewhere else. I was trying to find if anyone had posted a question about the delay before but got bored combing through the lists that are filled with About:This and That.
I've asked this some years ago already, see phabricator:T40635. However it was probably seen as a personal whim of mine and essentially rejected; please comment or vote there. For now, the only option to find TWN-specific questions such as those on downtime etc. is the category: Special:RecentChangesLinked/Category:Open_support_requests_for_translatewiki.net.
