Translate the translate buttons.

I can see Save and open next/ Skip to next buttons everyday. though every translator here can read that English, I still want to translate it into Chinese or other language. I can't find place to translate it, maybe it's because it'a a part of the site's basic interface. Is there any way to translate it? that's a small but important nicety.

Is your interface in Chinese? Because I always see them in German.

Go to the 'translate' meta-group in the translation tool. These messages are there.

I've translated those message and now I can see buttons in Chinese now. Thanks!
