Two Factor Authentication English messages not imported
FuzzyBot didn't import English (and maybe documentation) messages for Two Factor Authentication extension. Without these messages, {{msg-mw}} templates using TFA messages as argument wouldn't work. I created MediaWiki:Twofactorauth-scratchwarning-text/en and MediaWiki:Twofactorauth-scratchwarning-link/en because they are used in documentation.

Raymond: on shell, execute "sync-extmaintained ext-twofactorauthentication" and follow any instructions to resolve conflicts. This will synchronize "en" and "qqq". You can also use "ext-*" to sync from source for all groups starting with "ext-".
