Where can I translate extra namespaces?

Where can extra namespaces added by extensions be translated? Specifically, I am trying to translate the Module namespace added by Scribunto on hu.wikipedia. Special:Magic only offers the default namespaces, and the Scribunto translation group does not have anything useful.
