Encyclopedia of Life: no export since 29 August 2019

Is the "Encyclopedia of Life" (EOL) project still actively maintained ? Or just dormant (waiting for further developments). There's not been any commit in their repository since 29 August 2019:

https://github.com/EOL/eol/commits?author=translatewiki

But in fact there's not been any other commit for any other part of their project in their repository (and no progress at all in their online bug reports). As well the online version of the site seems to be frozen from the same date.

If it is maintained now by another administrator, using another repository, or going to become a closed project, or waiting for a new admin, we should be informed.

Then the projet portal gives the wrong repository if it has changed. It needs to be updated.
