Mnav no range - decimal point localized?

Re Mnav no range ("You must enter a valid date range. This value can contain a decimal point, (0.12) but it must be greater than zero."): can I assume that the "decimal point" referred to in this message varies by locale, so that it should be translated as "decimal comma" in languages expected to use a decimal comma instead of a decimal point?

I'm not aware of any such (more advanced) locale settings in FUDforum. I think it is safer for now to assume the "dot" is the only available option. Will leave this to Frank however for final resolution.

The program expects a PHP float. So, it will only accept "decimal points" (irrespective of the locale setting).
